These terms apply to every purchase and use of the A2B website and digital products. By buying a product you confirm you have read and accepted them.

1. Products and prices

A2B sells digital planning kits: access to an online planner and a pack of downloadable templates (Word, Excel and PDF). Kits currently offered: Retreat Planner Kit, Studio Launch Kit and SIL House Setup Kit. Product descriptions and prices are shown on each product page. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. Launch prices are for a limited time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

2. Age restriction

You must be 18 years or older to make a purchase on this website.

3. Ordering and payment

• To order, you fill in your details on our checkout page and accept these terms, then continue to a secure payment page.
• Payments are processed by Grow (by Meshulam), a licensed payment provider. A2B does not see or store your full card details.
• A receipt or tax invoice is issued electronically to the email you provide.

4. Delivery

• All products are digital. Nothing is shipped.
• After payment is confirmed, we email you a private link to the online planner and the template pack, usually within minutes and no later than one business day.
• If you haven't received your kit within one business day, check your spam folder, then contact us and we'll resend it.

5. Cancellation and refunds

• You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of the purchase date by notice in writing to shaylu8@gmail.com or by WhatsApp message to +972 50-371-3717, with your name and order details.
• If you cancel before accessing the planner or downloading the templates, we will refund the amount paid within 14 days of your notice, less any cancellation fee permitted by law.
• Because the kits are digital content that can be copied, once you have accessed the planner or downloaded the templates the right to cancel may be limited, to the extent permitted by the law that applies to you.
• If a product is faulty or materially different from its description, contact us and we will fix it, replace it or refund you.
• Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that applies to you, including the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and, for customers in Australia, the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Licence and copyright

• All content in the kits — text, checklists, templates, designs and code — is the copyright of A2B / Shay Lugassy.
• Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the kit for your own business. You may edit the templates for your own use.
• You may not resell, share, sublicense, publish or distribute the kit, the templates or your private access link, in whole or in part.
• Some photos on this website are used under the Unsplash licence.

7. Privacy

• What we collect: the details you give us at checkout or in the contact form — name, email, phone, country and (optionally) business name — and order details. Card details are entered only on Grow's secure payment page.
• How we use it: to deliver your purchase, issue receipts, provide support and meet legal and tax obligations. We send marketing emails only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
• How it's stored: on secure third-party services we use to run the business (website hosting and forms, payment processing and invoicing). Access is limited to what's needed to run A2B. We take reasonable security measures and never sell your information.
• Planner data: what you type into the online planner is saved in your own browser on your device. It is not sent to us.
• Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by contacting us.
• If we add analytics or advertising tools to the website, we will update this section.

8. Liability

• The kits are planning guides and templates. They are not legal, financial, tax, insurance or NDIS compliance advice, and do not replace professional advice or official requirements. Items marked "Check" are reminders to confirm with the relevant professional or authority.
• You are responsible for how you use the kits and for decisions you make based on them.
• To the extent permitted by law, A2B is not liable for direct or indirect loss arising from the use of the website or products, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
• We aim to keep the website and planner available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your purchase applies to it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction — without limiting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
